Meet the Massey Team...

 

James - Managing Director.

James has worked in the property industry for 15 years, a keen people person who took over as Managing Director of MPS in 2008. James was previously Sales manager at the Church Road branch of Masseys. James is also an individual member and licensed agent with ARLA

 

 

Andrew Cooney – Sales Partner

Andrew began his career in estate agency at the age of 19 in the east end of London stretching into the city centre and has now had 12 years’ experience within the property industry.

 

Andrew became a successful manger of a flag ship office at the age of 23 with a large independent agency due to his drive and ability to get people what they really wanted.

 

Since moving to the City of Brighton & Hove in 2007 he joined a large corporate company and quickly became a manager. He realised that the corporate style would not allow his creative mind to help people buy and sell. Not being a run of the mill stereo typical agent really helps him understand people’s needs and get them to where they want to be, and that of course is their new home.

 

Becoming a partner within an independent agency has set that flair free again.

Jo-Blaise - Lettings Manager.

JBM started as a junior negotiator with Ashcroft and Dean Residential Letting Agency in 1998. Progressing to Lettings Manager by 2000.
Gaining experience along the way. Jo-Blaise then joined Massey Property Services in 2002 as Lettings Manager. Taking many training courses over the years and eventually culminating in achieving a Diploma in Residential Letting and Property Management., extensively covering law associated with residential lettings. At the time of passing, only 12 people in the UK had this qualification, one of whom was the president of ARLA. This qualification grants Fellowship to the Association Of Residential Letting Agents – the governing body of letting agents. JBM is also an individual licensed ARLA agent and a Fellow of ARLA.

 

Jo-Blaise has also written and developed an internet based letting system currently being marketed across the UK ‘i2let’ Letting Agents Software with just what you need – not lots that you don’t !

 

 

David - Assistant Lettings Manager

David joined Massey Property Services at the age of 17, immediately showed immense potential. David’s ability to think quickly and communicate effectively on all levels, lead him to become a valued member of the lettings team. David has attended legal courses and will shortly take the ARLA technical award. David runs the office in the absence of Jo-Blaise

 

 

 

 

Sadie - Administration Support

Sadie joined Masseys in October 2009 prior to a large addition to our portfolio. Sadie deals with a lot of essential background administration paperwork related to all the tenancies. In her spare time Sadie is a Martial Arts instructor.

 

 

Marie - PA

Marie has recently joined Masseys as PA to Jo-Blaise and David, the additional support she provides in all areas is invaluable. Her quick thinking and problem solving ability is an immensely important part of our team.

 

 

 

 

 

Liz - Accounts Manager

Liz has also been with Massey since 2002 and deals with the accounts side of things. A loyal and very valued member of the Massey Team.
