We just wanted to put all the information for you in one place and hope that whether you may be a landlord or a tenant that we have the answer here for you. We are sending regular email updates as things change to both Tenants and Landlords.


We are now operating a “No Walk In” Policy. We are able to deal with keys and contractors via the letterbox. We are operating with skeleton staff and reduced hours.


Exceptions can be made in accordance with government guidance on social distancing. Please contact us for further information.

Tenants and Electricity Cards

If you purchase electricity cards from us. Providing there is no absolute FULL lockdown we will have one person in the office. As time goes by, this may be for a reduced amount of time each day. In extreme cases we will ask you to make a credit card payment and we will post cards out to you. We would presume that the electricity cards will be classed as essential and therefore we need to make them available to you.

In The Event of a FULL Lockdown

We would hope that we will have some flexibility with still being able to be here as tenants are reliant on Electricity. At this stage we do not know if that would be the case and STRONGLY suggest to have some cards in reserve to cover an initial FULL lockdown period.

Day to Day Running of the Office

In relation to phones and emails we will be fully operational via normal means and contact details.
