Jo-Blaise Martin – Director
Jo-Blaise Martin started as a junior negotiator with another Brighton and Hove Letting Agency in 1998. Progressing to Lettings Manager by 2000.
Jo-Blaise joined Masseys in 2001 as Lettings Manager. She has taken several related training courses during this time., she holds the highest qualification within Residential Letting and Property Management, extensively covering the legal aspects of residential lettings.
After managing the company as Lettings Manager since 2001 Jo-Blaise became a Director in 2017 and with a fantastic hard working team as support, she enjoys driving the company forward with the positive experienced strengths that Masseys are known for.
David Horabin – Lettings Manager
David joined Masseys in 2005, he demonstrated immediate potential and made fast progress within the company. With his ability to think quickly and his excellent communication skills, he became a highly valued member of the team here at Masseys.
In 2014, David achieved the NFOPP level 3 award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
David was made Assistant Lettings Manager in 2012 and in 2017 was deservedly promoted to Lettings Manager.
David’s incredibly professional approach to a huge range of problems compliments the problem solving methods of Jo-Blaise and together they run the Company incredibly efficiently.
Natalie Farrow – Tenancy Manager
Natalie joined Massey in 2021 as our new Tenancy Manager.
She has progressed at an exceptional rate and has quickly become a valued member of our team. Natalie has a varied role ranging from carrying out viewings, liaising with landlords and being your tenants first port of call should they have any tenancy related matters that need addressing.
Natalie is actively attending regular courses and will soon be taking her first exams.
Eloise Davey – Tenancy Manager
Eloise joined us in September 2025 as Maternity Cover for Natalie
Eloise and Natalie worked closely together to ensure a seamless handover and Eloise has moved into her new role confidently and picked the industry up quickly; dealing with both Landlords and Tenants knowledgably. The hardest part of joining a small team is fitting in ! Eloise has mastered this very well !
Liz Jukes – Accounts Manager
Liz is the backbone of the office co-ordinating rental payments to landlords and contractors and managing the office finances. Liz joined Masseys in 2002 and has been an integral part of the company as we have moved from strength to strength.
Liz is also very experienced in the day to day events of the office and can quite happily speak with landlords and tenants in regards to any tenancy related matters.
